Orlando, Fla. July – Live Well Medical Centers Orlando originally set their grand opening date for August 1, 2013, but decided to delay the opening to November in order to improve the building’s layout and medical equipment. As the original grand opening date quickly approached, the Live Well Medical Centers Orlando team knew additional measures needed to be taken in order to guarantee clients the ideal client experience from their very first visit.
On July 11, it was three weeks until Live Well Medical Centers Orlando’s projected grand opening, but the management team simply was not satisfied. While the new Orange Park location already underwent significant renovations, the current layout did not align with Live Well Medical Centers Orlando’s vision.
As a result, more walls were knocked down to provide significantly greater space in the waiting room. Glass panels over the receptionist’s counter were shattered to break down any barriers between patients and the Live Well Medical Centers Orlando staff. Old counter tops were whisked away in favor of sleeker granite counter tops.
It doesn’t stop there. Arcane lighting fixtures were ripped out and replaced with greener, more energy efficient models. The restrooms received immense revisions including new fixtures, decorations and lights to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Live Well Medical Centers Orlando also decided to expand upon the services offered with its new grand opening date. As an internal medicine facility, the original plan was to offer diagnostic services including blood analysis, bone density, nerve conduction studies, etc. in addition to hormone replacement therapy treatment.
By extending its opening date by two months, Live Well Medical Centers Orlando will now be able to also offer medi-spa services as well. The medi-spa services required obtaining additional equipment in order to offer Botox and Juvederm treatments.
The Live Well Medical Centers Orlando staff is pleased to be afforded with slightly more time to prepare and look forward to offering patients the perfect patient experience on opening day in November.
