A strong academic background in law and finance inspired Saltman to start his own business venture. In 2006, he founded a sports management company specializing in marketing and management consulting services.
More recently, he was working as a Mortgage Loan Specialist for Custom Mortgage Corp. in Sarasota, FL where he was also active as an Investment Executive for Mapp Realty and Investment Co.
Earlier this year, Saltman and his family moved to Jacksonville where he acquired his real estate broker license. At Bayway Mortgage Group, he will provide homeowners with mortgages customized to their needs and budget, while delivering the Ideal Loan Experience. Saltman is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Florida and currently working on his Georgia licensure.
